We are Ronald and Anita van Oudheusden, a Dutch couple. In 2018 we exchanged our existence in the Netherlands for a life under the Spanish sun. A long-cherished wish, fulfilled with the purchase of this great house.
After a renovation in the winter months, our casa rural has been transformed into a comfortable B&B in a beautiful place between Murcia and Aspe, inland, on the border of the Costa Blanca South and the Costa Cálida.
Come and enjoy one of our rooms with bathroom ensuite with a delicious breakfast every day or in the apartment where you are self-sufficient. You can relax by the spacious swimming pool or in the garden overlooking the beautiful surroundings.
Los Zuecos has 2 B&B rooms for 2 persons for rent and a two-room apartment suitable for 2-4 persons. All rooms have their own entrance. The De Luxe B&B room also has its own terrace.
By the pool is a separate area with toilet, sink and shower.
Parking on our own property is free of charge.
